If you follow me over at Sara Plays House, then you might remember that one time we rescued a dog and then found a new home for said dog with one of Mike’s coworkers. She renamed him Charlie and I hear he is living the high life. Rest assured, he is no longer skeletal and is now super healthy thanks to a good home.
Well. That particular coworker is all set to have her first HUMAN baby! Since they’re having a little shindig at work for her, she obviously needed a cake. And since they are not finding out the gender of the baby, a Question Mark Cake fit the bill.
It could have been yellow. But since Mike’s company is all about Evergreen, green was the very obvious choice.
This was my first time covering a cake in fondant that wasn’t square or round, and it turned out to be not quite as scary as I expected. I hope the mama-to-be loves it!
